Is Clear Cleaner free?
Yes, to download and to use the main features: scanning, reviewing and deleting duplicates, similar photos, videos, contacts and calendar events, plus video compression. The free version shows ads and, every few cleanups, the Premium offer. Premium removes ads and unlocks the Private Folder.
How much does Clear Cleaner cost?
Premium is $2.99 a week, $6.99 a month or $19.99 a year in the US App Store. Prices in other countries are set by Apple’s local price tiers and shown in the App Store before you pay.
How does the free trial work?
When a free trial is offered, it lasts 3 days. You’re charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. The App Store shows the exact trial and price before you confirm.
How do I cancel?
Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Clear → Cancel Subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I paid but Premium isn’t active.
Open the Premium screen in the app and tap Restore. It checks your Apple ID for an active subscription. Still stuck? See support.
