Cancel your subscription
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Tap Clear → Cancel Subscription.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends to avoid the next charge. You keep Premium until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel the subscription. You can also manage it in the App Store app: tap your profile picture → Subscriptions.
Restore purchases
Bought Premium on another iPhone, or reinstalled the app? Open the Premium screen in Clear Cleaner and tap Restore. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
Refunds
Payments go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple too. Request one atreportaproblem.apple.com.
Common questions
The scan finds nothing or stops
Check that Clear Cleaner has Full Access to photos: Settings → Apps → Clear → Photos → Full Access. With limited access, the app sees only the photos you picked.
I deleted something by mistake
Photos and videos go to Photos → Utilities → Recently Deleted and stay there for 30 days. Open it and tap Recover.
Will the app delete anything without asking?
No. Every deletion goes through the iOS confirmation dialog.
The free tools on this website don’t work
Use the latest Safari, Chrome or Edge. Video tools need WebCodecs (Safari 16.4+ on iPhone). Keep the tab open while a video is processing. Still stuck? Email us the browser name and the error text.
